Returns, Refund and  Cancellation policy


1. What is your return policy?


We stand behind our products and believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your results, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

 

Products  that Qualify for return: NoseSecret kickstart-kits 

Product  taht DO NOT qualify for returns : NoseSecret indivicdual pairs and bunle packs.

 

A $8.99 processing fee and shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels.

 
2. How do I request a refund?
To request a refund for your Introductory Kit:

To ensure your return is processed quickly:

Email us at customercare@nosesecret.com to initiate your refund request.
Include your name and order date inside the package.
Write “NoseSecret / RETURNS” clearly on the outside of the envelope.
Use a reliable delivery service with tracking. We cannot issue refunds for lost or untraceable packages.
Note: We never resell returned products, but we do require them back for inventory control.
 

My package was returned to sender. Can it be reshipped?
If your package is returned to us by USPS due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it for a flat $5.00 fee once it is received back.

If you need to modify the contents of the order before reshipment, a $10.00 repackaging and reshipping fee applies.

To avoid delays or returned shipments:

Double-check your address and apartment/unit number.
Ensure your name is visible on the mailbox.
Inform others in your household to expect your delivery.

 


 - When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving your return.
Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

 

- I  shipped my return but haven’t received my refund.


Refunds are processed weekly, typically every Friday.
If you haven’t received your refund, it may mean your return has not yet arrived.

Please email us your tracking information or contact us via chat or phone so we can confirm receipt.
Always keep your mailing receipt for faster assistance.

 

- I placed two orders by mistake. Can I get a refund?


If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, email us immediately at customercare@nosesecret.com.
If the second order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund it.
Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

 

 Can I cancel my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Due to logistics, we cannot cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process.

If you need to cancel an order:

Registered customers: Log in to your account and send us a cancellation request.
Guest customers: Email customercare@nosesecret.com as soon as possible.
If your request arrives after the order has shipped, we will be unable to cancel or modify it.
Orders paid via PayPal can only be canceled before shipment.
