International Service :

  • First Class Package International: $9.95 for Canada and $13.50 other countries - No tracking (Customs ID)
  • Priority Mail International: $23.50 for Canada, $32.50 all other countries - Tracking info for selected countries ONLY .
  • Priority Express Mail International: $41.90 for Canada, $56.99  all other countries - Tracking info available

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that we must ship your first order to the billing address which is the address registered at the credit card institution or Paypal. If we cannot contact you or your credit card for authorization the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Note: Customers must select the correct shipping method for corresponding country, otherwise the order may be cancelled.

All orders are shipped from the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS) and delivered in the recipient's country by the Official Postal Service in that Country.

IMPORTANT: Shipments with no tracking information will be provided with customs ID number as proof of shipment. Packages lost in the mail is the responsibility of the buyer. Seller will not refund orders without tracking infromation. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or value added tax.

2. When can I expect my order to arrive?

 International shipping:

  • First Class Package International: Estimated arrival time is 20 to 30 business days.
  • Express Mail International: Estimated arrival is 5 to 7 days (most countries)
  • For The Philippines: You can use our international rates or save more in shipping by using a Philippine shipping service: Johnny Air retail to receive products from US. See complete list of branches below : http://www.johnnyair.com/?page=72

Note: Express Mail orders will be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 Noon, EST time.

Your Express Mail may be delayed if we need to contact you or your financial institution either because the shipping address does not match the address on your credit card records or if the shipping address on your order does not match the address on your Paypal account.

For international order we only ship to the address registered with your Financial Institution. No exceptions.

The only International shipping option that provides tracking information is Express Mail. However, we provide our customers with the customs ID number for First Class. Shipping status can be verified by entering the customs ID number at the United States Postal Service website at www.usps.com.

Packages lost in the mail are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. How does my package arrive?

Our packaging is discreet. The name of the product does not show on the shipping label. However, international orders are required by customs' officials to describe the nature of the product which we do by writting the word "cosmetic" in a small print.

4. Can I order Nose Secret outside the United States?

Yes, we ship international orders every day. 

Some countries require payment of customs duties and taxes for products imported from the United States on any value. Such charges are not included in the NoseSecret total price. Therefore, you must clear payments in customs when the package arrives.

Colombia is the only country outside the US that we offer free shipping to with tracking information.

Returns and refunds:

1. Can I return the product?

Yes, at NoseSecret we want you to be a 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results you can return the product within the next 15 days of receiving the order for a refund of your money excluding an $8.99 processing fee and excluding any shipping charges

Purchase of the Introductory NoseSecret kit that includes the three different sizes is the only product that qualifies for a refund. Purchase of single pairs do not qualify for refunds.

To expedite your refund:

  • Email us to initiate your refund. Include name and approximate date of order in email and on package.
  • Write "REFUND" on the exterior of the envelope.
  • Use a reliable delivery service with tracking number to make sure the return  reach us on time to avoid processing delays.

We do not resell products that have left our warehouse. However, we require return of the product for inventory purposes.

2. When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are processed within a week of receiving the package and the entire process may take up to 2 weeks for you to see the refnd on your statement. Make sure you use a reliable service with tracking number to send your package so it can reach us on time. Proof of delivery will be requested in case the package gets lost.
