2. When can I expect my order to arrive?
Domestic Shipping inside the United states:
Note: Express Mail orders will be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon, easter time.
Your Express Mail will be delayed if we need to contact you or your financial institution either because the shipping address does not match the address on your credit ccard records or if the shipping address on your order does not match the address on your Paypal account.
For international order we only ship to the address register on your Financial Institution. No exceptions.
International shipping:
The only International shipping option that provides tracking information is Express Mail. However, we provide our customers with the customs ID number for First Class and Priority Mail service. shipping Status can be verified by entering the customs ID number at the United States Postal Service website at www.usps.com.
Lost packages in the mail is responsibility of the buyer.
Our packaging is discreet. The name of the product does not show on the shipping label. However, international orders are required by customs' officials to describe the nature of the product which we do by writting the word "cosmetic" in a small print..
4. Can I order Nose Secret outside the United States?
Yes, we ship international orders every day. However, NoseSecret reserves the right to deny Express mail international, Priority Mail International or First class International Mail services to certain countries.
Some countries required payment of customs duties and taxes for products imported from the United States on any value. Such charges are not included in the NoseSecret price. Therefore, you have to clear payments in customs when the package arrives.
Colombia is the only country outside the US that offer free shipping with tracking information.

Yes, at NoseSecret we want you to be a 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results you can return the product within the next 15 days of receiving the order for a refund of your money minus $8.99 processing fee plus shipping charges
Purchase of the Introductoty NoseSecret kit that include the three different sizes is the only product that qualifies for refund. Purchase of single pairs do not qualify for refund.

To expedite your refund:
We do not resell products that have left our warehouse. However, we require return of the product for inventory purpose.
2. When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are processed within a week of receiving the package and the entire process may take 2 weeks for you to see the refnd on your statement. Make sure you use a reliable service with tracking number to send your package so it can reach us on time. Proof of delivery will be requested in case package gets lost.
