1. How much are your shipping charges?

Occasionally, we run promotions that offer Free Shipping within the United States. However we offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $30 International shipping charges apply to orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S.

Our regular shipping rates are as follow:

• Domestic Service (US and Puerto Rico):
• Standard -Flat rate shipping $2.99
• Priority Mail $6.00
• Express Mail overnight (includes Saturdays) $19.95
• International Service (including Canada):
• Priority mail International $14.50
• Express Mail International: $27.95

All orders are shipped from the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS)

2. When can I expect my order to arrive?:

For Domestic standard shipping: Estimated arrival time within 5 to 8 business days.

For Priority Mail: Estimated arrival time is 3 to 5 business days.

For International shipping:

Standard service: Estimated arrival time is 10 to 20 business days.

Priority mail international: Estimated arrival is 10 days

Express Mail International: Estimated arrival is 5 to 7 days.

3. Can I order Nose Secret outside the United States?

Yes, we ship international orders every day. We suggest our customers to choose Express International Mail Service to provide proper tracking information. NoseSecret reserves the right to deny Express mail international, Priority Mail International or First class International Mail services ( ships FREE) to certain countries.

If you would like us to send your international order via Priority Mail International or First Class International (FREE) you must send us an additional email after you have placed your order authorizing us to do so. We will not be able to track your package therefore NoseSecret wil not be held responsible for lost items in the mail. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Some countries required payment of customs duties and taxes for products imported from the United States on any value. Such charges are not included in the NoseSecret price. Therefore, you have to clear payments in customs when the package arrive.

All orders are shipped from the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS) and deliver by the official postal office in your country.

1.Can I return the product?

At NoseSecret we want you to be a 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results you can return the product within the next 15 days of receiving the order for a refund of your money minus $6.99 processing fee plus shipping charges.
